Resistance Bands:
- Extra Light [Red] - 13mm wide with a resistance of 2-16kg.
- Light [Black] - 20mm wide with a resistance of 5-23kg.
- Medium [Purple] - 30mm wide with a resistance of 10-35kg.
- Heavy [Green] - 44mm wide with a resistance of 20-55kg.
- Extra Heavy [Blue] - 64mm wide with a resistance of 25-70kg.
